When does the Hubble flow win?

Galaxies have random peculiar velocities of about 300300 km/s. Using H0=70H_0 = 70 km s−1^{-1} Mpc−1^{-1}, estimate the distance error from Hubble's law for a galaxy at 2020 Mpc, and the minimum distance at which this error drops below 5%5\%.
